A must have, especially for renal dogs! :-)
This product is simply excellent and every pet parent should consider using Pure Digestion in their pet's diet. We are using it for our renal dog - 12 yo golden retriever and it’s a must in his diet. Balanced home cooked diet and right supplementation are the key! Pure Digestion is packed with obviously high quality ingredients that are of great assistance not only to healthy digestion and maintaining optimal immune status but are fundamental to ‘internal nitrogen trapping’ for renal pets where one need to preserve kidney function by lowering not only phosphorus (using calcium in diet) but nitrogen as well, which in returns lowers down both, creatinine levels and BUN levels. Absolutely love this!!! I've been waiting to leave a review on this product because I wanted to make sure this product actually works and does what it says it does. My veterinarian and my sister recommended fish oil but I've always been hesitant. I didn't want to give my boys the capsules and I've been waiting for a pump type bottle like this. My dogs will no longer touch their food without this Pure Paw fish oil! I just squirt the fish oil once into each of my furbabies bowls and the food is devoured lol. My Chihuahua mix and yorkie have allergies and they were constantly scratching. I felt so bad for them because they would scratch so much they would start whining. Since I've been using the fish oil for about 6 months now, their skin and coat looks so much healthier!! They no longer have dry skin and you don't even see anymore flakes of dandruff. My yorkie is almost 12 years old and has cataracts and I'm noticing that its also slowing down in progression after using this. I highly recommend this product Pure Paw for all dog owners and it is definitely worth the money! I personally won't use any other product for my boys other than Pure Paw. With all of the constant recalls on pet food and so many other products, I only purchase "Made In the USA" products anymore for both myself and my furbabies. Pure Paw is Made in the USA and although it's not "cheap" it is definitely worth the extra dollar or two because I know it's a safe product for my two furbabies. We have a five-year-old Great Dane; when she was a year old we got her gastropexy surgery. Her vet since then has the belief that the procedure was done incorrectly because she is very, very thin and she moves like an old lady. Since using this product (about three weeks) we have noticed a distinct improvement in her mobility and overall attitude!! Our vet says her condition is irreversible at this point so I bought the oil to help her skin in our very dry climate. Not only is her skin healthier, her movement better, but she also looks like she has gained a few pounds!!! It's like someone turned the clock back a few years on our girl. So so happy and the only thing we've done differently is to add this oil to her food. If you know Danes, you know they are PICKY eaters. I will say she finishes every single bowl with this oil in it. I have had my Pit Bull on Carprofen for 3 or 4 years. He has had surgery for a torn ACL on both of his back legs and now that he is 11 I was told he was a good candidate for hip replacement surgery but I couldn't put him through that. I just had his blood work done and his liver enzymes did not look good so the vet suggested to take him off Carprofen to see if they get better and retest in a week. I took him off Carprofen but I also started giving him Pure Paws liquid Glucosamine along with their Alaskan Salmon oil and some Milk Thistle. I waited 2 weeks to retest and his liver enzymes came back normal. It is most likely due to getting him off Carprofen but the Glucosamine is keeping him able to walk without pain and no increased stiffness. It's only been 3 weeks now but it's a piece of mind to know he most likely will not have to go back on a damaging pill to keep him walking. It may be my imagination but I swear he acts like he feels better. -Kai

We ordered this product for our dog after he had CCL surgery. 1 year ago, our 95lb. Lab/Great Dane mix had surgery to repair a torn CCL. Being a large dog, who is 6 years old, we wanted to find a supplement that would help his joints and hopefully assist in preventing any further arthritis from setting into his repaired joint. After trying 2 other glucosamine supplements prior to this, we felt there may be nothing that could help our big guy. We were wrong. Within 2 weeks of beginning to use this liquid glucosamine supplement, we noticed that our pup wasn't limping nearly as much on his repaired leg. Fountain of youth for my older dog
I truly believe these pills have helped my 11 year old dog start acting like a pup again. She's running around wagging her tail -barking and playing with the other younger dogs more than ever and it all seemed to start after a few weeks of giving them to her. My younger dog likes taking it and breaking it open with her teeth so she can enjoy the taste. Actually, all 3 of my dogs love these pills and are very excited when I shake the bottle and they can hear their treat is coming their way. My pup loves these!
My pup absolutely loves these! She can be a bit of a picky eater so finding her treats and chews can be a bit of a guessing game (not to mention she'll prefer certain brands over others). I try to only feed her natural products, so these fit in perfectly with her diet. I like how it's just dried cod skin, and it's also human grade which is comforting to me. If it's safe for me to ingest, then I know it will be for my baby too. Lastly, I like how they're rolled into disks, they last a little bit longer than other treats. I tend to be skeptical about such products, but it works as advertised. I have an elderly cat and dog both suffering from advanced cases of arthritis because they're pretty old. My cat is running around more like he was a few years ago and is more of a brat like he usually was and my dog is walking around less like a rickety old man. The only thing is my cat's a picky eater and he tends to try to lap up the supplement over eating his food. I'll be getting more when this bottle is out. -James

I weaned him off the meds and began using the Pure Alaskan Salmon Oil, and eventually added in their Pure Digestion. I had been back and forth emailing Alex (their nutrition expert) who helped me get my dog off kibble and on onto human food. Since then, my dog no longer scratches, or has allergies, his fatty cysts are shrinking and almost gone, and all the lost hair has grown back. This all happened in about a month or so. Helpful and easy supplement
I am a veterinary technician and I feed my animals a raw/ wholefood based diet. I'm always looking for supplements to keep up with their health. I had a case of the itchies for my 5 mo old bulldog and my 12 year old jack mix. I started using this salmon oil and after about 2 weeks the itching subsided after consistently giving it to my dogs once a day. My bulldog pup weighs 40lbs and my jack mix is about 13lbs. This bottle lasted us a month or so following the dosing amounts on the bottle. It has a convenient pump and I kept it in the refrigerator. Very easy to use and my dogs live for this stuff!

I’m so incredibly happy at the results from just 1 months use(2 pumps per day). My bulldog couldn’t sit comfortably because of a very sore knee joint, he would get up barely putting weight on it and had a constant limp. Decided to try this and within a few weeks, I noticed no more limp, putting full weight on his back leg, sitting comfortably again. He now has his daily “zoomies” crazy run in the backyard jumping up & down, rounding the trees and how much easier he’s going up & downstairs. No doubt this product is the reason why. 2 Happy Pups!
I have 2 pit bulls and was weening them off of their "crunchy" dog biscuits because the ingredients aren't that healthy. I haven't been able to find a healthy crunchy alternative until these arrived. "OMG", is what my dogs were saying after the first bite! These are like dog crack!! Yes, they smell fishy. Yes, they're a little pricey. They are well worth the money and peace of mind knowing I'm giving them something healthy. After watching them act like addicts the first night, I ordered a 2nd jar right away. This will be part of their continued diet.
