In the event you want to return your product for a refund due to your pet not liking the flavor, contact us first as we have a flavor guarantee. Every pet is an individual and we are here to serve every pet.

If your pet does not like the flavor and you are willing to pay it forward and send your current bottle to a shelter, rescue, friend or family who have pets that can benefit we would be happy to send along a new bottle of a different flavor.
